Psalm 48:13, For the Joy of the Next Generation

Our Advent study through Psalm 48 finally reaches its Purpose Statement—”That you might tell the next generation…” (v13).

God means for His joy to come to us, yes, but to increase our joy, it must flow on to others. In this way “the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD as the waters cover the sea.” (Hab 2:14)
