Our Advent study through Psalm 48 continues with another vision and a declaration. Instead of the joyous ascent of Mount Zion, we see the attack of that city by God’s enemies.

God’s overwhelming victory conveys the truth given in verse 8: our God, our fortress, will be our fortress forever.
